We're doing a full reinstall and we we will have all data back as you saw yesterday.

Martin, by now you should know that resetting your password does not work, because the reset password email is never received. Your system is broken on many fronts. People are stuck. They can't login, they can't reset, and they can't even contact you to get those two issues resolved.
