I can send between 50k–100k emails per day

Hi everyone,

I can send between 50k–100k emails per day. I have both Outlook and Gmail USA data lists.

When I send to Outlook addresses, most of the emails land in the inbox. But when I send to Gmail, only a small percentage make it to the inbox.

My question is: Does an Outlook email list works for CPA offers, or is Gmail generally better?

Thanks for the advices. It looks like impossible for CPA offers to land in gmail inbox, I tried many methods but most land in spam or promotion folder.

No problem with outlook, but for gmail, any words like: 'gift card' 'something like walmart voucher' 'Free' or most CPA offers always lands in spam or sometimes promotion folder

Its possible to get similar conversion rate as many gmail users check their spam folders. Maybe run a split test between gmail and outlook (by volume) - and compare the conversion rates.

Plan A: Use Gmail to send to Gmail.

Plan B: Use own IPs (random VPS, AWS, etc.) and as a good rule, use 1 Gmail warmup account per 10 Gmail addresses you want to send to, ie. if you want to send to 100k Gmail addresses, you better have 10k Gmail warmup accounts ready to interact with your mail.

Thanks for the advices, I'll launch a test for both and see what'll happens. for the method, I warm up multiple SMTPs manually,

outlook users are typically older demographic, more corporate/professional... great for certain verticals like insurance, financial services, b2b offers. gmail users younger and more diverse but also way more saturated with marketers.

real question is why your gmail deliverability is trash... you probably burning domains too fast or not warming properly. gmail's algo is aggressive af now. try segmenting your sends, use different content variations, and actually warm your domains over 2-3 weeks minimum.

for cpa offers outlook can definitely convert, especially for biz opp, insurance, senior offers. but you need to match the offer to the audience. sending crypto offers to outlook = waste of time. sending medicare advantage to gmail = also probably waste.

Don't use spam words. Gmail will never inbox your message.
As for the carrier, it doesn't matter whether it's gmail, Yahoo or outlook
What matters is whether your niche/offer is relevant to your audience/recipients.

Then you can try this approach. First send a generic and surprising message like "hey it's been a long time how are you? (In plain text). So they reply to know who you are, which will whitelist your email address. Then send them your offer it won't end up in their spam folder since you were already in a conversation with them.
