I am a new user, new to all this. I am unable to login back to fetsy website. When I enter my login and password, the page refreshes but I am still logged out. Would appreciate the help, thanks.

Login links sent email not working.
As a lifetime member not able to login anymore.

can you please tell us where are all the themes,now you only have few themes who are not so usefull

The site looks like it gets revamped on a weekly basis and continually has login problems and 404 errors.

I still haven't received any refund or even responses to any of my emails or chat messages. Their contact page says they respond within 24-48 hours but I've never received a reply to anything, ever.

I'm not sure what the procedure BHW uses in cases such as these because at best the site is not fit for purpose, at worse this could be some kind of exit scam, etc.
