How to start cloaking general ad platform traffic ?

I want to get traffic from ad platforms like Propellerads adsterra.....
-Do i even need cloaking for iptv website ?
-How can i start cloaking ?
-Is it as complex as the cloaking needed for FB and google ?

There are a few ways to do that: you can set up a tracker like RedTrack or Keitaro to redirect certain GEOs, user agents, ASNs, and ISPs to one place (like a neutral page) and send real users somewhere else (like your IPTV offer). If you understand programming, that can be a good custom option.

Or you can use a cloaker that already provides this logic for the traffic sources — there are several out there. I won’t recommend any here because the last time I replied to a post saying what I use, I got warned as if I was trying to sell something lol.

I’ve never run ads on PropellerAds, but the cloaker I use supports that traffic source. I’m not sure about the others, but you can ask them to customize it for you. Just message the site’s live chat and ask for a trial — see if it works for you. thewhiterabbit.app

Well cloaking isn't just meant to hide something, you can use it for geo targeting. I assume your iptv has a specific region?

Read up on this BHW section, start experimenting, then move on to pro cloakers

There is no cloaking cookbook, it's an art really. You learn by trial and error

you definitely need to cloak if you would be using paid ads because running an iptv web traffic is a grey or black hat strategy
for the second question I don't think you would do it properly if i type it here but for the third question FB/Google requires bulletproof servers, AI fingerprint cloaking, and domain farming.

Could you explain how I can setup NoIPFraud and or keitaro just general stuff like what i should filter out etc

Will something simple like a redirection page that gives the user a basic white page with a title that says "Where can you get all your favorites movies shows... for less than 10$ a month"
two buttons :
-one has like netflix and Hulu etc that says wrong answer when you click it
-the second it sends you to main IPTV website
