Hi, I’d like to ask: does not having a mobile version have a big impact on site indexing for SEO? Our website has been online for over a year, with over a million pages, but only two have been indexed. We haven’t been able to figure out the reason. It is not mandatory for sites to have an extension like m.domain.com. I did not fully understand your question, but a website that has been active for 1 year cannot have millions of pages.

Doesn't Google have a mobile-first indexing strategy? However, our website has no mobile version at all — it's only available on PC. Will this seriously affect the site's indexing?
