Three years ago, only 2 out of 5 plugins worked, but we managed to get by. Now the search system is a complete fail it takes 5 to 10 minutes just to find a plugin, and there’s a 90% chance it won’t even work when you try to use it. On top of that, they’ve been working on the new site for six months and still can’t get it running without bugs…

I don't understand this service anymore.

I tried to find a descent theme for a new website but every time it ask me for the validation key after i install it on my wordpress website. I tried a few. I'm wondering if these are nulled theme to be honest.

Can't recognize which theme is what. No preview of the theme, only the same generic image with a fake name.

No more themeforest themes so only few useless theme.

The website bugs heavily every time you try to reach a page with lots or words like lorem ipsum. Like 3000 random words.

You reload the page 4 times to make it work or you go back to your dashboard and then you go back to theme and then maybe it will charge the page you are looking for.

Few months of testing after the reopen and I'm really disapointed by the service.

Now, to be honest, it looks like the service is reopened so that people can't ask for refund but it worth 5% of what it was previously.

I can't recommend this service anymore. Too hard to use and to navigate and even if you manage to download the plugin/theme, it might not even work at all.

I've been in a similar situation, been getting random charges to my account for the pas 3 months. They have refunded each time but see a few days ago I was charged twice for no reason. No where in the backend can I manage this, all my subscriptions are cancelled and have been for well over a a year or two now but they keep getting charged and reactivating somehow somewhere.

They were nice enough to refund but now Im having to do this again.

You’re absolutely right: the current system hasn’t lived up to what Deleted member 752298 used to be.
The theme previews, naming, activation key prompts, and UI frustrations are all valid concerns. None of this reflects the experience we want to offer, especially to long-time users like you.

This tbh. Had to go to the original source (a null forum) to get the working plugin I needed since the renaming/forking thing broke the plugin (and my site).
I kinda regret not asking for a refund early before the lawsuit and everything. The site is unusable and the already flaky plugins are even more broken now.
Please Fes, just move offshore and re-brand I get you are honoring what came out of the lawsuit but there is no guarantee that manchild Matt won't attack you again when you slip off and make the tiniest mistake. Protect yourself and your business and start over with all the securities in place.

I'm ready to join back up.. but search definitely has to be working first. Since everything is forked with a totally different name (understandable), but advanced themer is named bricksforge... while there is actually a bricksforge plugin? So now would have to 'figure out' what the forked Bricksforge name is?

I really want to subscribe, but the system in general is driving away potential subscribers.
Problems I found:
1. The updates plugin broke my website. I had to access the plugins folder and delete it to get the website back up and running.
2. The website spends more time offline than online.
3. The website is extremely confusing and weird. Everything seems to be out of place. Sometimes finding a plugin is a pain.
4. The plan system is very confusing and poorly explained. Not to mention that most of the best plugins cannot be downloaded with cheaper subscriptions, which is unusual for sites of this kind (where the price only limits the period and number of downloads).
These are criticisms from someone who is genuinely interested in the services and hopes for a significant improvement. Unfortunately, with the current model, it is impossible to become a customer.
