Okay so uhh
I think I've given it enough time before complaining.
The service is simply unusable with all the renaming and forks.
I wanted to know if refunds are still a thing for lifetime members.
Tbh I never used it that much, the plugins I needed were often outdated or badly nulled so I always used another forums.
 
I've been a user of Festingers Vault for years now, and recently managed to get a few credits!

I mostly use it for plugins. I'm not a developer, so I don't always have a need for it, but whenever the time arises the vault always delivers. I absolutely love it, a far more affordable solution with almost every plugin you could want - and you can buy and use credits as and when you need them, which is perfect for my level of use.

Never had an issue with anything from the vault, simply download and activate, it's really easy and I would recommend it to anyone who uses Wordpress regularly.

Hi the last time I used Deleted member 752298 was in 2023. I only tried it for a few months. Your service went down for over a year and now my card got charged in April of this year without any warning and I couldn't tell from the description on the transaction where the transaction was coming from. I reported to my bank and they made me change my card number. Could you please provide me with a refund. You can refund to my PayPal [email protected]. Thanks

Same issue here with Deleted member 752298.
I cancelled my subscription in September 2022, but they recently tried to charge my PayPal without any notice.
Luckily, I don’t use that PayPal anymore, so I wasn’t charged.
Please check this. It’s a serious issue.

Please open a support ticket by emailing to [email protected] as there was an issue with a cronjob execution triggered by the PSP.
