Those who are sending 500-1000 of cold emails per day how are you managing to get that huge number of emails?

I see tools like findymail which costs $99 for 5000 emails or 15000 for $250 and 30k email for $400
Another tool is anymailfinder, has multiple plans the 25k emails for $300

So if I want to send 500-1000 emails per day are you buying these credits or are there other cost effective ways to get volume of emails other than those tools?

Three years ago, my fee was 10k emails = $300, ensuring that every email reached the inbox. Can the above price guarantee that every email reaches the inbox instead of the spam folder? If it can, then this is a good service.

I am no longer working in the email field, so this is just a reference

There are many other tools with which you can send in bulk

But you can't spam it easily

To send Big Quantity emails, you need many senders email

Plus your list should be verified or else the bounce rate will increase and it will affect sender email health

So in Short you have to take care of email list, number of emails per day from each sender

Buy a $5 VPS and then setup "POSTAL" ( open sources ), hardly takes 10 mins and then send unlimited emails without any issue.

If you’ve got properly warmed SMTPs you can git close to 90% inbox rate using AWS SES. I’ve been consistently warming domains using it myself.

I misunderstood. You want to get your email catalog. It is more mainstream to find a large catalog based on your niche market and then gradually filter out your own email list, or directly purchase some niche market email lists as a test send.

These tools costs x are people who are sending 1000 cold emails per day paying that much for these tools to get their emails.
Or is there more cost effective way to get email volume

I personally use Leadspyer I dont know how I found it and why dont they do their marketing but THis tool sa 4-5 lead extraction tools build in with cold email marketing tool to setup email campaigns and best feature is it comes with inbuilt Warmup feature.

Leaks from logs or database dumps → cleaning → validation → filtering for active contacts.
Scraping, collecting from lead forms or ads.
Buying active leads from “colleagues” or purchasing databases from data sellers (and then validating/filtering the relevant ones based on your niche).

Large directories are usually not very accurate, such as shopping fans or gambling website fans, which are not carefully classified and have many invalid or no longer active users, so they need to be activated and screened before use.

The easiest and safest way to do this if I understand what you are asking is to
1. Purchase multiple domains (ie. Buy 30 domains)
2. Setup 3 Google workplace email addresses for each domain. That will give you near 100 email address
3. Send 10 emails per day from each account.

This will last for a few weeks to a month before they get canned, then just start over. You can use whatever tools to manage the multiple accounts but this process protects your real domain

etc etc.
So this will not be free but you need to make sure you get your ROI for this method. This will likely cost you about $150 per month. Sometimes the domain will survive and only the email address is canned. Still need to manage proxies and stuff. This is just a high level.
