My friends have been fighting with instantly support (similar service for cold email automation) for months because the goal was just to do 1500-2000 emails per day, but after warming up it worked for 2 days after which it decreased to 400-500.
But in general these numbers are achievable

Good question buying credits adds up fast. Some scrape LinkedIn with custom scripts or use cheaper combos like Apollo + enrichment tools. Just gotta watch for quality and deliverability.

Another tool is anymailfinder, has multiple plans the 25k emails for $300

Most people scraping that volume don’t rely purely on those paid tools. They mix in:
  1. Scraping tools like Apollo (free tier), Skrapp, or even DIY setups with Python + LinkedIn/Google Maps scrapers.
  2. Lead dumps from open sources, expired tools, or data-sharing communities.
  3. Old-school scraping from niche directories, forums, or event attendee lists.
Paid tools are great for accuracy, but if you need volume and want to keep costs down, partial automation + scraping + cleaning (e.g. NeverBounce) is how many scale it.

Thanks I already figured it out. Thanks for taking the time to read my post too and thinking before posting unlike other users :)
 
I think creating your own software would be much cheaper, you can create a very simple but effective automation with ChatGPT.

Get all of the data from Googlesheet, then use that data (leads) to send it using outlook or gmail
 
Use google + linkedIn crawling and filtering by keywords, then use nevernounce verify. You only need to put in effort and the cost is very low
 
My tech stack is Apollo + Apify + Make and I get unlimited leads to start working with.
Doesn’t cost much.

Hi is using proxies a good idea if I am self hosting the email-client, opensmtpd in my case. Proxy's seem to be discouraged because of iternference with SPF records and also trust-factors. My assumption was that using proxy's either residential or data-center is a bad idea. Am I wrong, or is it only effective when sending from google workplace email-addresses as they are seen as user owned residential things where there is no worry about the DNS?
