Youtube Views - Does it really matter?

I see many ppl trying to increase views of their video artificially in YT. I want to know wy they are doing like tat. Is it that, if they get more views artificially they ll be listed in top visited videos, so they might get more organic views..

I feel many bots, promising that they generate so many views.. but do they actually work?? i heard yt jumpstart is working fine though it has some limitations..

Well am on my research of increasing the yt views too but the thing is am not in the motive to earn from yt but learn how the system works. Am more of a coder so it doesn't really matter if i earn from it.

I have decoded 75% of it as of now, and i can generate 50-70 views for 5 mins. As of now i keep running it till some count, say till i reach 50 or 60. I need to check if i can cross yt freeze mark,which is somewhere around 250-300 if am not wrong. It is working flawlessly till now.

I need few inputs from u guys, i need to know if the view increases when we use some sort of proxy to watch the video. To be precise, can u tell me if we use public proxies will it increase the view count. Or if we use anonymous proxies will it work. Kindly give me ur experience and also ur suggestions.

And if by god's grace it goes well, i have two plans.. either to sell the bot or to sell it as a service and give the maximum to BHW forum as i learnt many things from here. It is like giving something back to the forum. will keep u guys updated on how well it goes. Wish me luck ..

I'm afraid that proxy methods for yt views is no longer an option (from what I've gathered). I'm not really sure what the other methods are (that are legal of course). But then again I don't think people that have working ways are ready to share their methods. And yes you are right about why people want views. They basically give the video authority, as well as comments and ratings too of course.

Hey xxf8xx, thanks for the instant reply. Well thanks for that tips dude.. but how else will the video view will increase if we are not using proxies? I will boost ur video with 100 views when my bot is ready for launch . I don want others method to steal and use pal. Want to know if there are other methods. Thats all..

I have another doubt.. well if i watch a video 300 times from the same ip and then, i watch another video from the same ip, will the views of the other video increase or wont it be considered?

Ok guys, before i goto bed i thought of giving my update.. i ran it for one hour.. i got around.. 213 views.. hope this continues to work.. Is this a good rate or bad one?

I think the best method ( well for me anyways) is enhanceviews.
It's not a bot but its the best method of getting free youtube views, simply signup on their site and click " Earn free credits" then click autowatch and let it run for a week. Then use your credits to buy youtube views! I'm at 60K credits which is like 6k views I think.

Update on my program is that i got 213 views just in 1 hr.. but i guess the video count is freezed now.. i don see it updating.. guys do u have any idea, wen this freeze will get over?

Enhanceviews sucks. Their subscribers option doesn't work and their views hardly work. Waste of time.

oh ok.. i got another doubt guys.. what if the video count has freezed to 200 or 300. Will any views after the freeze, from the same ip will be counted in or not? Do any of u guys know ?

Usually the views count whether the views came from a bot or regular person will freeze at 200-300 and after 24 hours or so if you had more views on it it will break out of the freeze and show more of the views.

The enhanceviews macro methed used to work. But then it got left up here and beat to a bloody pulp. I got on there and ran the macro 12 times and didnt get one view. However, it did USED to work. Damn shame.

Okay i am going to take a moment and answer a lot of items in this post. I don't mean to offend anyone but some of the things I am hearing are slightly incorrect.

So here's the facts.

1) Proxies ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WORK. There are a lot of factors which go into YTs algorithm including cookies, referrer data, randomness of total view times, randomness of delay, etc. The algorithm is without doubt too smart for bots and scripts that are not skimming real traffic (well there is one sort-of simulated traffic method which works but I cannot share it).

2) The freeze zone is between 300-350, not 250-300

3) Enhancevews WILL NOT get you 6K views in a week even if you watch videos 24/7/365 becaue they dont get enough traffic from other real viewers to get your video 6K views. check their traffic stats on any relevant site.

4) IF your video is frozen at the 300-350 points, you do not get unfrozen in 24 with a few more views. Youtube's algorithm calculates the number of spam views. Your video then remains FROZEN until the number of real views is greater than the number of spam views. Then your video is unfrozen. This can take a day or it can take a year. Its about total REAL views, not a time frame.

5) If you watch one video 300 times from the same IP address in a day your videos on other videos will still be counted. This is NOT true though, if you abuse youtube to the point of getting your ip flagged for spam.

6) I think there were some other items to address here but I am too lazy to go back up and re-review the thread.
