Be consistent. Be unique than those others in your niche. Make sure you are providing some value to the keyword you are targeting. Update your website regularly with trending content in your niche even if it has low search volume.

i had a similar graph with one of my sites. back then, i used a top-secret strategy: doing absolutely nothing for a whole year. (i just forgot about the site). after one update, traffic shot up 15x… until the next update

creating new and fresh content is the only strategy that worked for my few sites which were sandboxed by algo.
its not instant. takes 6+ months.
