How to get website to perform well again (without making a blog)

I have had an iptv website for years and in the past year it's not performing well, before it was ranked in top 5-10 for some popular local keywords but now it's not even on the first page anymore. It's only a one page website with pretty much all the information customer would need to know, no blog or anything like that.

How can I get it perform well again, do I just buy backlinks ? Never changed anything in 4 years, ahrefs DR is 0, never paid ads but somehow it did so well until a year ago. Any advice on how to improve it (without making a blog and extra content cuz it's not a wp site)

Alright, is there anyone you can recommend for iptv niche or can I get just any backlinks (preferably cheaper ones cuz I don't have hundreds of dollars to invest into backlinks rn)? Also do they have to be in the same language as my website ?

avoid cheap links, they're worthless,
SEO ain't cheap, not that cheap at least, you need at least $1k+ to build the least decent link profile for an easy niche

Yes you definitely need more backlinks in order to rank your 1 page website.
