I think it's easier to sell some packs and videos of high end without all those subscriptions games.

With subscriptions you get to $30k a day. For $300 a day a little bit of AI text is enough.

$300 a day is like playing with toys. Fun money. All it takes to get there is moderate mental stability (a type of stunt in 2024). Although with this type of business it could be quickly lost. :p

Anyways, who builds a mobile farm to get $300 a day.
You get a random job to get that type of money. It will suck, but no more than onlyfans.
From YouTube powered by ads + 100s of accounts in multiple locations, you get 1000 views in 10 hours per channel and the cost is like 10 cents. That quickly snowballs. Zero mobile devils.

Onlyfans is for $3k a day but that's only for those who already worked with prostitutes in the past. :D

The chatting is good, the traffic is decent, but my main challenge is conversion. It's still very bad even if it's already better than with my first model. I compare my conversion statistics with other OnlyFans agencies and feel like I'm playing on hardcore mode x10 while others are playing in beginner mode.

I believe the biggest game-changer for me will be switching to a new model with a better conversion rate. Currently, I'm waiting on a contact who should be able to provide me with a model for free (versus 10% of the earnings). This is how I obtained the first model because, yes, I have very little cash to invest; otherwise, I would buy a contract without hesitation.

I remain optimistic for the future. This month has already started well – we made $873 in the last 3 days. Thanks to my new virtual assistant, I can now create more accounts on dating apps, resulting in a much better traffic quantity. I believe this month I will reach $4000 on my main model.
I will also continue to scale the dating app, and I will provide more detailed updates on that.

Know that I'm always open to networking with people active in OFM. I am also very receptive to advice. If you have any advice for me, let me know; it won't be in vain.

This is a great write up. I'm curious if your tinder account creation method still works. I've been trying and keep getting shadowbanned almost instantly. Any advice on how to go about the account creation process? Also I've been having a higher conversion rate on a different platform compare to OF - almost 2-3x what it is on OF.

The very first one that converted poorly and with whom I stopped working, I would rate her 6/10. However, the problem was not so much with her attractiveness. I would say there were two main issues: First, she looked like a fake. Second, her facial expression was not "positive" or "happy," it was just too neutral; she did not give off a positive vibe.

  1. How many accounts for a model do you have / are aiming for per dating app?
It depends on the dating app. For Badoo, I currently have 50 active accounts, most of which are not yet ready as I still need to add bios, warm up, etc... The goal would be to run 50-100 active accounts per day, then I could have a lot of traffic. And that will happen soon.

I spoke to a guy who makes a lot of money for whom I worked as a chatter. He told me that by running 60 active Tinder accounts per day, he manages to generate $1,000 per day with his model. I must say that motivated me a lot.

  1. Would you consider branching out into mostly IG/TT generated traffic for your first model in the future?
Not at the moment. I prefer not to get distracted. However, I have thought about it, and I will see in the future if I will do it or not.

Hello, I have my own OF Agency with Korean Creators and German Creators. We do mostly reddit and do 20-30k Revenue per creator with that. I currently have over 10 models.

However, I am interested in doing Dating Apps too. Can you somehow drop me a DM (my account is new here). I would like to get in touch with you.

For reddit we have a similar approach, we create 100 accounts per month, farming karma and warming them up. Then using verification pictures of the model holding a paper with her username and date on it to reduce the risk of getting banned. We work with proxies and co and workers from Phillipines.

I assume for this approach you need to create 50 phone numbers and more, connect to the app, do somehow ideally a verification process. Warming up, chatting normally and don´t get flagged, until you can finally put instagram link and co.

But I have many questions, how would the Chatter get into those accounts, does he use one phone or proxies? How you ensure it is always another device ID, do you reset the phones constantly? Do you need a phone farm?

Maybe you could elaborate a bit more about the details, this would be great. Thank you!

Creating an account is a difficult step at first. The methods are constantly evolving, you will have to do your own tests until you find how to make accounts that are alive.
