My journey to $300/day on OnlyFans using dating apps (Tinder, Bumble, Badoo).

Hello BHW, I started my onlyfans agency a few months ago. Currently, I'm generating $3000/month with my model, and today I want to share my journey to $300/day on OnlyFans through full dating app integration.

Throughout my OnlyFans journey, I focused 100% on traffic acquisition using dating apps (Tinder, Bumble, Badoo, etc.). I believe it was a great choice, and I have no intention of concentrating on other traffic sources at the moment.

Here's what has happened so far:

• Learning the ropes of dating apps (creating accounts, verification processes, bio, and automating accounts)
• Lost several months sending traffic to a model that converted very little
• Stopped working with the initial model.
• Started working with a new model that converts better (jumping from $1000/month to $3000/month).
• Hired and train a virtual assistant from the Philippines at $500/month (best decision).
• Generating between 15 and 30 free OF subscribers daily through dating apps.
• Develop simplified processes to scale dating apps

Major Challenge:

• My model has a low conversion rate. (for the curious: 100 Tinder matches = 1 free fan and 1 free fan earns me an average of $7 in the long term with chatting LTV).

The chatting is good, the traffic is decent, but my main challenge is conversion. It's still very bad even if it's already better than with my first model. I compare my conversion statistics with other OnlyFans agencies and feel like I'm playing on hardcore mode x10 while others are playing in beginner mode.

I believe the biggest game-changer for me will be switching to a new model with a better conversion rate. Currently, I'm waiting on a contact who should be able to provide me with a model for free (versus 10% of the earnings). This is how I obtained the first model because, yes, I have very little cash to invest; otherwise, I would buy a contract without hesitation.

I remain optimistic for the future. This month has already started well – we made $873 in the last 3 days. Thanks to my new virtual assistant, I can now create more accounts on dating apps, resulting in a much better traffic quantity. I believe this month I will reach $4000 on my main model.
I will also continue to scale the dating app, and I will provide more detailed updates on that.

Know that I'm always open to networking with people active in OFM. I am also very receptive to advice. If you have any advice for me, let me know; it won't be in vain.

How long does it take from matching on a dating app to converting into a fan? And what is the process there?

It depends on the conversion strategy. Personally I am still on a “simplified” strategy. I'll just match with guys and the model's Instagram is in my Tinder bio. Out of 100 matches, I will have 10 guys who will follow Instagram (10% conversion rate). In the Instagram bio they can find the linktree which redirects to onlyfans and then subscribe to the OF.

There are more advanced strategies, like AI chatting where a bot will start chatting guys on Bumble / Tinder then redirect them to Snapchat and continue chatting with them on Snapchat to redirect them to OF in a 100% automated way.

I haven't tested this type of strategy yet because they require a budget to scall, but it's certainly something I would implement in the future.

To be fair, 10% conversion rate out of 100 matches, from a match to a paying subscriber, doesn't seem bad at all. What conversion rate are the other agencies claiming? I wrote "claiming" because it's probably slightly exaggerated.

AI chatting definitely could yield better results both in terms of conversion rate and the amount of people reached out. But obviously it's also about the quality of AI bot and script itself.

There is a lot of activity at the moment, and many things are happening.

We have had a strong start to the month with my primary model, generating $1328 in revenue so far (in 8 days). This averages to $166/day, and I am slowly but surely approaching my goal.

Additionally, today I was fortunate enough to find a new model (through my contact). She meets all of my criteria:

• 6/10 in terms of facial attractiveness: I promote on dating apps, and the advantage of this source of traffic is that men believe they have a chance to meet the model, and will spend a lot in the hope of doing so. If the model is too attractive, men have difficulty believing it. I have a friend who has a model who is so ugly, but performs extremely well (with crazy conversion rates, and men sending hundreds of dollars to her for almost no reason).

• Does not appear to be fake: The model appears to be a real, ordinary woman that one might encounter on the street. This is important on dating apps because if guys think your fake, you're going to get lots of reports and your accounts will get shadowbanned more quickly.

• Already has an OnlyFans account: She has been working in the industry for several years, is motivated, and has a lot of content prepared. She is not the type of model to abandon without reason.

In addition, she appears innocent and has a cheerful facial expression, which is a positive. I believe she is the perfect model to promote on dating apps, but only the numbers will tell. I cannot predict in advance.

In any case, I am very eager to see the results and am optimistic!

At the moment, these are my main tasks that I need to complete:

• Fix my primary source of traffic: For context, my primary source of traffic is a lesser-known dating app (I will not reveal the name to avoid saturation). Recently, many people have begun to spam it, and each week they release a new update (patch), so I must constantly modify my method to avoid being shadowbanned. I have seen many men use this one dating app as their sole source of traffic and find themselves in a delicate situation after the patches. Most have not been able to fix the patches and can no longer generate traffic with this app. There was a new patch today, but I am close to finding a solution.

• Scale my new source of traffic: I have found another lesser-known dating app with somewhat random security, and it has been difficult to find a method that works. However, I see great potential on this app, and I have already automated the entire process. I just need to invest more money in it to make more accounts.

• Badoo: I use Badoo a lot for promotion, and it generates unqualified traffic. Most men do not want to pay for private media, so we have had to adapt our chatting method to get even the 'timewasters' to pay. In the end, we have been able to make money with Badoo. I am fairly proficient with this app, and now have a well-established process for generating traffic with it. I just need to increase the number of accounts to generate more traffic.

• Resume using Tinder: I used to use Tinder for promotion, but it was difficult for me because I did not yet have a virtual assistant to scale. I had a fairly good process, and my accounts stayed active for a long time. However, at that time, I was working with a model who had low conversion rates, and we needed a large number of accounts to generate a decent amount of traffic. Now that I have a better funnel, I will be able to fully generate traffic with this app. I already have a good account creation process for Tinder. My VA has created a few Tinder accounts, which are currently active. I will be using a Tinder Gold strategy, as I believe my new model will convert well on Tinder, but this is just a theory.

Thank you for your answer. Currently I have poor conversion rates for the market I am targeting (the French market.). On the French market most are 1 - 3 paid subscribers onlyfans per 100 Tinder matches. Knowing that I am on 1 free and non-paid sub for 100 matches, it's not very good.

Ah, sorry, I must have misread as in assuming those were paid subscribers. And in that case, yeah, something definitely needs to be optimized in the conversion process.

The point about the model not being a 10/10 and therefore being perceived as the real deal, one that's as approachable is an interesting insight. How would you rate your first model? Sidenote - While it's just from a business perspective, I imagine how sexist this kind of measurement could be seen as, ha!

How many accounts for a model do you have / are aiming for per dating app?

Would you consider branching out into mostly IG/TT generated traffic for your first model in the future?
