Facebook is tightening advertising at the moment, maybe next month there will be better signalsHello everyone,
I've been using facebook ads for almost a year now and constantly running ads in it with no problems.
Recently, within one week i got my ad account restricted 3 times for what seems to be the following reason:
I'm not using any automation, or VPN, so i don't know why they are suspecting that I'm using automation.
I haven't changed anything in my habits in facebook, same ads, same PC.
A note worth mentioning, is that my ISP gives me a new IP everytime i connect, so my IP changes, but that didn't give me any problems for almost a year.
It's really frustrating that i have to keep reviewing my account everytime so i can resume the work in my ad account.
Did anyone face a similar problem, perhaps you can advice me on the best course of action to follow.
Thank you
Facebook is currently having trouble, many accounts are dying, you can appeal and don't do anything right now until Facebook is stable again.Hello everyone,

Thanks a lot. That's a great idea, if i understand what you said correctly, by doing so, this will decrease the chances of this ever happening again. If so, where can i make that appeal? If you believe the reasons provided by Facebook don't apply to you, you'll want to appeal the restriction ASAP. You should have what they need to confirm your side of it. Although even in the best cases, these things tend to take a lot of time to process.
Since I have no idea when things are gonna be stable in facebook again, it's not like i have access to other people's accountFacebook is currently having trouble, many accounts are dying, you can appeal and don't do anything right now until Facebook is stable again.
You can reset your network, this will refresh your IP address, if your IP is used too long it will be scanned by Facebook. The restricted account has been unlocked by requesting a review, through which i uploaded my national id. It's been unlocked.
However, do I need to contact directly the facebook customer support to clarify and avoid this in the future?
Like a phone?
Will that prevent this issue even though my IP address keep changing after each connection?
Now I see Facebook is more stable.Hello everyone,

You can contact Meta's support team to send an appeal. As for never happening again, I'm not sure if it guarantees that though since it's difficult to really pinpoint what might have caused it.Thanks a lot. What do you mean by find an agent?FB is more sensitive these days, maybe related to the US election, you should change to another proxy, but the newly created account will be very weak, you need to create a campaign to warm up the account or to save time, find an agent

Based on my case, if you were in my place, how would you prove that? What kind of evidence would you provide? If you have enough evidence that you did not violate the policy, try contacting support to review your case.
