Your problem is you are not adding a voice comment narration to your videos. If you add a voice to the video saying what is happening in it, you will be in the transformative content category and you wont get demonetized.
Dont be pussy, go ahead and make another channel using elevenlabs.
you are right bro bro , i have done some research and find a good niche where i can bang bang , you think adding voiceover with elevenlabs can get me montized even if i reuse other content ?

update
even though this channel made sparks, I decided to sell the channel and focus on creating another channel that can be monetized

what have I done so far
I created 2 more channels after this one

in both channels the first video obtained good results

this shows that mine is not just luck but a proven pattern to achieve success with shorts if you are consistent in posting and making high quality videos

shorts are not as random as everyone says but they have hidden keys to success in analytics and video

2 Channel : a copy of the first channel I had created in the same niche... abandoned because I don't want to have a channel that I can't monetize

second channel .png

3 Channel :
this is based on a famous youtuber.... super saturated niche also I was shadowbanned in the third video ps shadwoban is real and can last from 48 hours up to a month
Don't be fooled by those who tell you it doesn't exist. Abandoned because it was too much difficult create quality video, and i want something i can work on an average difficult not something that take me more than 4-5 hours to get it done , because at this point is better to create a long form channel XD

What Am I Planning Now?

I just discovered a niche, did some research and out of 5 channels 4 are monetized

videos have an easy medium difficulty

and they have a good ability to go viral in a few videos or at least I hope XD

the format involves the use of voiceover with elevenlabs and reused clips
(the reused clips is what freak me out and be paranoid for monetization but i will try to transform it much possible)

the niche is on average saturated and the quality of my competitors' videos is low, in fact the only ones who churn out quality videos go viral

therefore, having the skills and having acquired knowledge in recent months by creating other channels, I am confident in my abilities

even if emotionally I'm not exactly at the top, i believe i can do it , i have optimized my way to create video and currently i am not working so i can blast
good quality video every day.

I am my competitors' nightmare

subscribers from shorts are not so active when posting longer videos as you would gain them directly from long videos

this is very true but as pro

shorts manage to attract many more subscribers than long format videos

therefore it is much easier to reach 10-100k subscribers

that you can migrate to your projects
obviously in a planned and very constant way
Of course, a lot of patience is needed (because youtube removed the ability to insert link in the comment if this was possible you can bank on them very hard)

+ The more subscribers you have, the more your minimum viewing base increases

You're definitely on the right track if you like editing videos and creating shorts.

I like your process because you're focused on changing your strategy based on what your niche is and the analysis produced.

So far, it's looking good and I would suggest that you stay away from paid ads and focus mostly on producing content at a fairly even clip.

I also would suggest that you reverse-engineer your competitors.

They write titles in a certain way for a reason.

They produce the initial thumbnail or initial screen image for their YouTube shorts for a reason.

They select certain voices instead of other voices for a reason.

They structure their video script one way instead of another for a reason.

So learn what your competitors are doing.

Make similar versions and see if this works for you, and then make variations.

If that doesn't work, see if you can make variations of what you're currently doing and see if you can improve your results.

Great journey so far. And you are right, You have everything it takes to succeed in the youtube game. The first 1k a month as a beginner is the hardest. Good luck bro

following. I have a question. I have a YouTube channel, which is a total failure and I left it in the corner. Now I want to set up a new channel. Should I open a new Youtube account for the new channel or should I simply create a new channel with my current account?

This is so amazing! Never thought, that it could be such calculated and successfull. I do have some questions:
1. Is it okay to make many channels on the same email and same IP, everything, and don't get shadowbanned or else?
2. What niches would you recommend? And how did you find the perfect niche?
3. Are ur vids ai and how much editing skill and time do you invest?
4. How do you bring your seo to the top?
I would literally spend money for this.

you can open up to 5-8 acc with the same gmail

I still have to test the difference in using an old gmail or a new one because i think there is a little difference(not to much) between a new one and an old one

in terms of practicality I recommend opening a new gmail for each account

especially if your old account was shadowbanned or was getting few views

but I noticed that by using an old gmail you have a little less chance of encountering viewing problems.

Ex recently i have opened a gmail account and i was not getting the welcome message from google it was strange,
and this same gmail leaded to strange behavior by youtube when i was posting video on the youtube channel (i will show this in my next post)

thank you bro , 1k month in terms of analytics or money ?

1- yes you can create multiple channel in the same email especially if the email is warmed up and not had problem regarding views or strange behavior and /ip/device is not flagged

I think that YouTube accounts are like lands where you can plant seeds, some lands are more likely to bear fruit, others are not, in some the fruits (in this case the views) grow in 2 days in others it takes a week

my advice is to prepare your channel as best as possible so you can have:

-real considerations in case of problems

-recognize the patterns that your channel follows when picked (and why) by the algorithm

2- search youtube or other platforms and optimize your feed
to show you only faceless content (if you want a faceless channel) and scroll for 1 2 hours every day. the algorithm will make you discover the new trend when you least expect it

3-i am a psycho on this i can spend from 2 hours on a single shorts to 4 hours if i want everything to be perfect. I don't use often Ai because most ai website don't make me edit the details
don't listen to people that tell you : OH YOU DONT NEED TO MAKE SHORT PERFECT THEY ARE RANDOM!! this is only valid if you mass work and post for gaining traffic versus some smartlink offer.
one tip is watch your video with consumer eyes , if the video is not fluid in the overall , if is not smooth and enjoyable in the pace when you watch it then improve it more.
if you are at the start avoid ai , and learn how to crate good content yourself with capcut, the skill will remain with you, with ai you dont retain nothing, ai is only if you already now your content
and whant to speed up the process ( you will need to refine the ai video yourself for a touch of originality ) ps : you will learn different type of editing skill in every niche you jump.

4- title, hashtag, same path of long form content

don't spend money for this i see people selling youtube shorts course and teaching literally what i am explaining in my journey for free XD.
at least they can put in the course some fuck*** insider tips on certain things that are difficult to solve, if they do go ahead an buy it

example :

you explain me how upload a short (basic tip)
and you don't explain me what to do if one of my shorts stop at 1 views(useful insider tip) who knows why XD???

i tell you why.
because they don't actually want to raise competition.... bunch of greedy pussy

I am my competitors' nightmare
Do you have any video or other recommendations for youtube seo to achieve an expert level?

update

during these days I concentrated on making videos, and in the little free time I had left, I spent it in search of the golden niche,
I'm currently running two channels one in long format one in shorts format

WHY SPEND TIME SEARCHING FOR NICHE?

because according to my past experience, YouTube is a sea full of possibilities, and in this sea there are unknown places (niches)
that are not saturated and have a shit ton of demand

How do I distinguish such a niche from the rest?

these niches most of the time are :

-with low competition

-with high demand and engagement on the video format

-everyone goes viral after a certain number of videos (even if the channel are semi-new)

-they manage to go viral even if the video is not the top quality in terms of editing and/or optimization of the format

-The video are easy to monetize and accepted in ypp

these niches are the golden niches, the most difficult to find
but the most profitable in terms of work (time-efforts)= results

why working on a saturated niche that will take you months to reach the monetization when if you spend more time on the research phase you can find something that can get you monetized in 1 month and get double the views with the same efforts?

Generally this niche are difficult to find and you will stumble on this only one lucky time
IN THAT MOMENT it's all a question of intuition and a good eye, if you seize the opportunity it's done.

if you scroll to the next video, the chances that you will see this niche again in your feed drop towards zero.

Why am I explaining this?

Take advantage of these points that I am learning and explaining publicly here, only a madman would give these tips to his competition
and I'm fucking crazy

I know there are people out there who don't even have a pair of shoes, and a piece of bread, who suffer everyday, struggle and tired to live in this extremely bad and unfair world.

this is for you my friend...
I'll show you that even someone like us can do it....

Channel 1 (long format)

I stumbled upon this niche at the end of August
It caught my eye but I didn't pay attention to it and I continued scrolling through YouTube also because I've never had or made a long format channel

I came across it again while scrolling through my YouTube history in September

I said to myself, it reflects my requirements, I have to understand how to make this type of video, it will require much more work than shorts,

I will have to acquire new editing and AI skills and bla bla bla....

can I do it? yes

so stop thinking pussy , just do it

initial procedure
on September 23rd I created the channel, branded it, and like a mad dog I went to spy on my competitors, taking the key points of why they were having success

It took me 8 hours of uninterrupted work for the first video,

First Video
on September 24th I published it at midnight

I was disappointed with the performance of this video, literally 15 views after 3 days but I had to improve and optimize
also remember i never worked on a long format channel ....never

video long form 1.png

Second Video

I took what I could improve and I improved it
objectively and analytically by watching my video and comparing it with successful videos in my niche

this one take me 2 days for complete it XD .... the 26 of september i publish it

after two days i got 4 views, still i was delusional i was thinking why ? remember that you are seeing the results of after 2 weeks

long format video 2.png

Third Video

I simply took what worked from the previous videos and improved it even further, this video had everything it takes to be a good video,
after two day i was at 80 views
after 6 day i was at 360 views...

i have tell to myself ok , not the k of views i was expecting but we are moving something , i was sad after 2 days of working on it
i have stopped posting because it was very hard do this video daily so i have tell to myself ok publish less , but publish quality (the best strategy to do at the start)
and also because i wanted to see if the algorithm start to recognize my audience without over doing video

i rested the channel for 8 days

and when i checked the channel after 7 day the video was at 500 hundred views

I said to myself what a shit ....exactly like me second video XD fuck this channel.....

but then something happened...

-at the 7 day mark the video jumped in one day to 1k views

-the next day climbed to 2k views

-3k the next day

-4k the day after

-then 5k

-6k and still climbing

long format video 3.png

analytics long form.png

final conclusions
after seeing these results I said, now I'm here, now it's clear to me, I was comparing the views and results to my shorts channels

long format videos simply require more time for the algorithm to get taken in consideration , is a little bit different (not so much ) compared to shorts channel

I'm currently at

-600 hours of watch hours

- and 350 subscribers

I'm trying to automate the process a bit, and I'm thinking of hiring someone on upwork for the tasks that take me longer even if I struggle having to rely on someone other than my mind, also I've never used upwork I need to understand how works and how much to pay them without burn all my budget.

the current goal
the current goals for this channel are:

- monetize the channel in an estimated 4 weeks,

- automate and optimize the creation process to churn out more videos during the week without significantly affecting the quality

I already have a plan in mind to scale this channel to $1k+ per month but I'll focus on that later....

I'll update you later about the short channel I'm running and the golden niche I have found eheheheh
