Welcome to my adventure as a content creator on YouTube

I like editing videos and creating shorts


Start: 06/20/2024

Channels: 1 for Now

Process
I started by casually watching a video on YouTube eheheh
regarding monetization on shorts and current RPM growth in channels
Low rpm for me was a big problem that stopped me

so I made up my mind
and I started

I started by researching niches that YouTube offered me and which were not too saturated
I made a list and did the necessary consideration
I chose the niche that according to my criteria could be successful
I created the channel, the name was chosen, a good clear description and other things for SEO.



Creation of the content
I created my first shorts taking inspiration from my competitors (tiktok and dropshipping trained me on these things)

edited everything in capcut added simple transitions and effects at the right time to make the video pleasant to the simple minds of users and obtain a good retention rate
add good music same of the competitor
exported and uploaded but youtube dont let me chose the thumbnail because i need to verify the account
but luckily on the video youtube choose a very good frame (thank you youtube)

Questions (help me XD)
1 question
I chose the country of the account as United States but I'm Italian I'm worried that I will have problems with monetization for taxes
If I change it, do I risk ruining something and ending up shadow banned?


2 question
I chose a face that doesn't exist as a logo
Do I risk problems when I go to carry out the 3 checks to activate the special functions and monetization?
because I saw that I need a document and a video of my face

if you have tips or question feel free to suggest !

1. No. Taxes and payments are handled by Adsense, not YouTube. YouTube don't care where your account is registered and where you residency is.
2. No. Your avatar is not related to your real persona. There are thousands of faceless channels that are monetized.

I want to apologize to the moderators for the inconvenience. I had planned to update the thread once a month but I will try to do it once a week to avoid blocking.

I've been very busy these weeks, creating content isn't my main job. (for now XD)

Process

after posting the first two videos I started to identify patterns and study my analytics, I tried to eliminate all the empty moments in my content and this brought good results
I also began to improve the quality standard compared to my competitors.

I started getting traction from the 4th video onwards with a weekend peak and within a week I already had millions of views

Monetization Part

by the end of the second week I had reached the limits of monetization

after two days I was inside the YPP

this happened over the weekend and in two days I made approximately $350

Unexpected and Sad Things

After two days of happiness seeing as I had made an average of 200 dollars a day
I was already dreaming of my new adventure as a businessman in Dubai
And of leaving my poorly paid and heavy job (car repair) but when everything seemed to be going well and
I was organizing myself to automate and speed up things (if there's one thing I've understood it's that if you really want to make a lot of money you have to let the money work for you )

BOOM

After one day youtube sends me an email saying my channel had been demonetized

Guys the world has collapsed on me
I went and read the entire YouTube policy one more time

I couldn't give up an income like this, it's a lot of money for me

I organized myself with a plan and a schedule to follow in my appeal video. It took me two days. I used my voice as voiceover effects.
and explained in detail how much editing behind my content there was

Not Everything Goes As Planned

Unfortunately and to my bitter amazement
My appeal was rejected

I was down for two days and tried to contact them on some social media
but nothing to do

and this week my video publishing tab was blown, I only published two videos, one of which had 800,000 views after one day
and the other at 500,000 views

But there was some good news
I reached 100k subscribers at least I can have the youtube silver thing


What are my plans now?

after thinking and thinking about what happened I said to myself
I get about 10 million views and more per week

even if I manage to convert 0.1% or in the worst case 0.01% of my views even at the most ridiculous service or product cost of 10 dollars

That's a loooooooot of money to be made.

my plan and thinking back to my past as a failed affiliate marketer and drop shipper
is of look for a good offer to propose that is appealing to my niche

the only problem is that I don't have much knowledge about the types of offers such as cpa cps or affiliate marketing things

but anyway I started looking online at various types of offers to propose and I found one that I think is perfect

it says that the pay is 25 dollars per leads so I think it's a CPA?

today without wasting time I signed up on the maxbounty network and was accepted

Question

where to place the offer link without being banned? I had thought in the comments and in the about me section of my channel

how much do you think it can convert with traffic like this?

What type of offer is best to use?

Can I use multiple offers?

I would like to keep the offer I found as the main one because it gives a very professional look to my channel and an impression of substantial help and value to my users
maybe pinning it in my most viral videos that I've already made

and rotate with other offers relevant to my niche on new videos that will go viral

let me know if you know more than me in the affiliate market

Your mistake was not to enquire here about the next stages of what I should and should not do.


And what you did is the catalyst to your problem.

I think you don't understand or confused how CPA works, It would be better for you to promote VPN or Website Domain/Hosting kind of offer if you have tech niche related channel !

BTW I am also running a whitehat YT channel :)

I got a little confused about the various offers, it's not really my thing
I prefer to create banger content. originally created long-form content?
