I'm happy to refund your order. Kindly send me an email to [email protected] and I'm happy to proceed with the refund.

@others, we will be posting an update very soon. Please stay tuned for more info.
HUH? That doesn't sound good at all!

That sounds like you have NO ETA? Let alone the BALLS to tell the truth about what's going on here, apparently!

What are you hiding? Is this a state's secret?

This is absolutely UNETHICAL and UNACCEPTABLE the way you act, clients pay you for a monthly service that is MEANT TO WORK AROUND THE CLOCK and it's now DOWN for around 35 HOURS and you have NO EXPLANATION and NO ETA!!!

What if a HOSTING provider act like that??? It's exactly the same thing!!!

Its been more than 3 days and the website is still down. The website is permanently down now?
It doesn't look like it's permanently down but under maintenance. Hoping for the best since they have a good service..customer service not the best though. Since they aren't being transparent to what's going on and myself can't properly install the plugin, Martin asked for temp admin, logged in a few times, and nothing happened, no update for my problem.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for all the messages we received in the last couple of days. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
Please check our official announcement here: https://meta.festingervault.com/t/important-server-outage-of-data-center/104457
Hey thanks mate but what's the ETA on the server being back up and running I mean like do you have like timeline by tomorrow by Sunday etc

Thanks for the update finally.

However, if you allow me, may I tell you that the reason you invoke is totally LAUGHABLE in 2024?

Is this a JOKE? You aren't serious, are you? Personally, I find it very hard to believe...

In my almost 30 years career online which involves the whole servers and hosting industry, I've NEVER SEEN such thing to ANY business online that I know of.

Why? Because ALL the technology to prevent such thing to happen EXISTS!

I can move complete infrastructures online in a few hours, with the right technology!!

So SHAME IN YOU for that outage, for, if it's true, not having being careful enough for your CUSTOMERS, as it seems you cannot even imagine the PREJUDICE such thing can cause on certain business and people.

You REALISE this is business impact apps access you're selling right?

This is very rare, indeed. Redundancy is industry standard these days; which prevent outages like this to even happen.

Therefore, I’d like to know what data centers @festingervault use, so that others (if doubting this explanation) easily can verify that the data centers have had the connection issues that are claimed, even if that won’t change the current situation.

Best of luck in solving it asap, looking forward to ser you live again.

I believe some of the comments might be a little too harsh and unrealistic. While there’s always room for improvement in communication, expecting zero outages with today's technology is not entirely feasible. If this service were hosted on platforms like AWS or Google Cloud, the costs would likely be ten times higher. Additionally, it's important to consider that hosting this type of service may not even be possible on major platforms. Many providers are hesitant to take on such risks, especially when cease-and-desist letters come into play, even in cases where the service may be legally compliant.

Thanks for your comment. I realize this, yes.
As outlined in my previous reply, I am happy to offer you a refund if you'd like.

In my almost 30 years career online which involves the whole servers and hosting industry, I've NEVER SEEN such thing to ANY business online that I know of.

We operate in a particular business where our backend and server handling infrastructure is connected through multiple dedicated servers.
Unfortunately, the connected servers suffer from a significant hardware issue caused by an ongoing DDOS attack in the last three days.
Due to privacy reasons, I will not disclose which data center we are using, but we will shortly be relocating our servers to their new destination.

For everyone else, we're working around the clock to fix these issues. For a faster response, please email [email protected].
I will take care of your inquiry, and we will devise a solution. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope to be live again soon.
