To get your channel monetized, make a few changes in your videos, like add creator presence in it, like your facecam videos etc, youtube favors this during monetization purpose and then order good quality watchhours from smm panels, you can find great smm panels in the marketplace.

Hello I am in a similar situation. I had a channel that did 1-3k monthly get demonitized for "reused content" even though it was original. Although my YouTube channel and revenue is mostly from shorts. I still get 250k views each day
