For other niches like health, travel, you cannot rank on top spots with new domain even if you work on very low competition keywords where very less content is available online, for example, health facilities in some very low population city, or travelling in relatively unknown city.

So you're saying if I try travel niche with a new domain and work with low KD (average 20% KD) I will not rank up? Even if my Competitors have very low DA (average 7) and 0 backlinks for their content and the content is old like 2019-2022 ? it doest make sense... !

Yes try it, if their backlinks are 0 then you will require site aging comparable to theirs

Yes there is definitely advantage, i have tested by making around 3 sites in .com and around 4 in .de, .de always performs better, similarly in other countries local TLD's perform better
