I guess it depends on the accounts used, upvotes being delivered and the quality of the comments to posted. Usually spammy comments are really hard to rank and have it on the top.

The hard part is creating a comment that will actually get people to your URL. YouTube is very good with detecting spam comments if it contain any type of URL even if you try to disguise it.

well, if you pin it there is no reason to have it get likes because it will already be at the top..

you need to find out which one are working best for you . I try 30 SMM STORE and test about 80-100 service , but only 5 are working fine and cheap ..

other are reseller or don't working well or delay alot or don't rank or price are too hign and no profit

Yeah, authority of the account, upvotes and comment replies are the ones that count the best.
