I would never install Nitro pack on any of my sites, some shitty service. Use a vps from Vultr HF combined with FlyWP free service 1 server+1 site only with nginx fastcgi s fullpage cache without any cache plugin and redis and your site will fly for only $6 a month in total.

yes I believe you but setup and configure nginx, no thank you...it's too complicated for me, I tried different hositngs last two years and one time with ngingx, ufff complicated stuff...

Now I speak with namecheap live support they say my site loads in 1-2 seconds in all browsers, so I think it must be the delay my server i sin usa (there is my audience) I'm living here in germany so that will be the culprit of haveing loading time of 5 seconds and more ???
I can try their namecheap cdn supersonic but with that I will lose my dedicated ip......most cdn masks your dedicated ip address...
Loading time usa 1-2 seconds and germany 5-8 seconds? really? That's a lot of dealy...

That is why you use FlyWP to handle that shit, all you need is an API key from Vultr.

Is Notri Pack service so bad? 2 years ago with my different wbhosting tests I tried to remove rendering scripts without plugin via the function.php but it not worked and breaked my site. The same can happen with the cloudflare rule "cache all"

What is FlyWP? A premium plugin? My theory is using a plugin who creates more loading scripts to fight against to much loading rendering scripts is I not now the english word for that, is like fighting fire with fire or something... hahaha....

Some may or may not have it. The thing is to only download your plugins from a very trusted source, and most plugins don´t even have to be nulled for full function.

No, 6-8 seconds sounds to much, usually the difference is more like 100-200 milliseconds between a site in Germany or a site locally in US.

Then the culprit is namecheap hosting......I'm sad... I disabled three extensions in Bing edge browser now the site loads in 5 seconds instead of 15........
Ha dlong chat with them and be interested to buy their supersonic cdn, but when I later scaling up with an managed vps then you can't use their supersonic cdn, oh dammm... the last two years every webhosting provider has such shitty scaling limits you can't go with.

arrrrrghhhhh....I little bit down now I eat dinner watching movies,. tomorrow set my pc off and go out hiking in the nature in the forest to clear my mind ....it's boggled I have no strategic ideas...

Maybe I must change some settings in the bing edge browser to make my site load faster or the namecheap live chat agent lied to me when he say my empty theme wp site loads 1-2 seconds in all browsers on their desktop...???

I need an evaluation tool (free) to see how fast my site loads in other countries in fornt of the desktop not with a pagespeed tool, or test it with the global speed keycdn tool.

I use everyday LTE mobile connection it's fast here in germany I not have anymore DSL router maybe the LTE is the culprit? I'm confused...web browsing, online work all is fast
streaming is fast uploading and downloading...

would you say the TTFB is bad here??? He ? Now I disabled hardware accelerator and spare resources in bing system settings, my site now loads within 3-4 seconds.......must try again with Litespeed cache to optimize that- tomorrow..........

My site now loads within 1-2 seconds in chrome and FF and within 3 seconds in Bing edge...bing is always a little bit slower....maybe it runs faster on a win pc machine than on a mac mini form 2012......

try to install a fresh wp website, use a subdomain if you don't have other domain,
install wp rocket, perfmatters, some fast theme, try newspaper or any other known fast ones,
include several light weight images, disable any ads and check how it will perform,

you might want to wait for several hours before getting the actual results, caching takes some time depending on your website,
make sure to block everything in robots.txt to avoid any seo problems,

it didn't use namecheap for years now,
i've been using contabo VPS for multiple websites and the speed is great, many pages/websites loads under 1 sec, not aff,
there are many variables that can influence website speed,

also, testing the website loading speed from your browser(s) is not really optimal,
it could be something with your network/computer causing the slow loading speed

Is it enough to enable redis in the cpanel PHP section or is the redis plugin necessary (I not want install more than 5-6 plugins)

you need to install redis in the server as well,
php-redis is only made as an integration for redis to work with php,

and you need redis cache plugin to make it work with wordpress easily,
this is optional, but you'll have to make it work manually tho
