Their Web 2.0 plug-in has no after-sales service, and if you send them a message, they just ignore it .The API they gave was flawed, and after installation, it was prompted that the critical manifest.json file was missing. Please buy carefully!

As explained in the support email, you should perform a "Force reinstall" since the files were not completely downloaded on your end. Currently, your API key has been revoked due to opening a dispute. To reactivate your API key, please close the incorrectly reported dispute. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund.

My subscription is paid for the month of June until July 3, but I can not login to my account. I need to deactivate my license and move it to a different PC. I emailed support about this and have not received a response.

I know my password, but the password is not working. I tried resetting my password several times and I never receive an email from your website. I also contact your support staff and have not received a response. My username is "takers"
I paid for my subscription this month and have not been able to use the add-on. Can you fix this or provide me with a refund.
