Facebook ads can give good result when you know what you're doing. Track the results using pixel and optimize your campaign using your specific goal (purchase, register, etc.)

Install app can't yield good results. If you want 1st deposit, you must optimize the campaign for that specific goal.
I don’t post my method in public sorry no one will do that for free they maybe lose slot of money when they do it

OP, you aren't going to find successful free ways to run a Google Ad account for BH niches successfully.
The best bet is to find an experiment your own way.
If you do choose to keep doing it the "free" way, at least provide more detail and what you included in your ad instead of asking for all the answers. Maybe people will give you hints or tips on what to do related to that, as it comes down to your ad itself, landing page & contents, and keywords.
