I have thought about going through these systamatically, but then again I doubt want my PC to become a phishing slave to some bloke in Uganda!!

Thanks again for all your help.

Im still having this problem, and have updated to the latest version today.

Anyone able to help?

Anyone having trouble with SB crashing during the slow commenter phase? For the last 4 updates, I have been having this problem.

Plenty of horsepower.

I am going through proxies like crazy. I bought private proxies from myprivateproxy and within an hour Google had blocked all of them. I don't know what to do as they are not cheap to rent each month.

An hour? You can block a bunch of IP's faster than that, especially with the multi-threaded harvester capable of pulling down thousands of URL's per second. But to space them out you can use less threads, use the single threaded harvester, use a delay, alternate and use other engines or mix some free proxies in with your paid ones.

@Sweetfunny: When does the learning feature of scrapebox can be used in the auto poster?

Patience grasshopper! :D

The last few few days the Google changes have caused headaches, and support emails have been crazy.. So many just about Google being broken i had to build a template for it.

I suggest to remove from 'Comment Poster' window 'BlogEngine' and 'Movable Type' and make instead of this two drop down menu. In this drop down menu we will have this two and the rest which will be recorded by ourselves :)

It will be also good to have function to export/import our codes which we recorded so we can share it here :)

Yes they do need re-arranging somehow, however you won't need to select BlogEngine or other platform from a dropdown because it's all detected automatically. Currently accurate Mode can comment to 6 platforms with the one radiobutton.

I guess the most correct arrangement would be Fast, Slow and Manual modes... But without the name of the platform on there, people will get confused. Have to think about that.

As for sharing custom codes, you can share the entire database if you want it's all in the formdata.dat file just copy and paste it in your ScrapeBox folder.

Can you show a screenshot of this popup message? Sounds like it's coming from third party software you have installed.

There have been no changes to the slow commenter in 8 versions, so the update appears to be unrelated. What URL is did this occur on?

I get these at a rate of around 1 per 100 posts scrapebox tried to make. Mode doesnt seem to make any difference, it does it with moveable and wordpress.

Mine is a legal copy and I am getting those screens regularly...
Always a little way in to posting comments.

SF should the crashdump files (2 off I believe) include a list of successful posts? The files I have just seem to give lists of all urls so this creates 2 problems if SB crashes after say 12 hours posting:

1) I don't know how far the posting got to before it crashed i.e. so I can restart the posting from the next url.

2) I don't know which urls were successful i.e. so I can run them through link checker, rapid indexer or add them to my rss feeds etc.

Can you please explain what crashdump does?

crashdump_harvester.txt has all harvested URL's written to it in real time when harvesting.

crachdump_poster_master.txt has a complete list of URL's being commented to, and crashdump_poster.txt has all the URL's which has been posted to so far both success/fail also written in real time.

Obviously if you want the URL's not done to resume a session, import the master list in to the harvester grid then "Select URL's list to Compare" and select the crashdump_poster.txt and send the rest to the commenter and hit post.

SF, thanks for clarifying what each of the three crashdump files are for.

Where is "Select URL's list to Compare"?

Looking at one of my crashdump_poster.txt files it shows posted urls but no reference to success / fail (as you indicate). Would it be possible to add success / fail to the txt file like you do in the Comment poster grid?

Thx

Import URL List >> Select the URL Lists to Compare.

No i didn't mean it has reference to success/fail, i meant the crashdump_poster.txt contains both in other words all URL's processed so far.

thanks.. finally someone.. been having the same problem but everyone says "oh... its your rig"

mine crashes EVERY time I try to slow comment on anything over a 1k run

Hey Sweetfunny,
Since I don't always save the list prior to the commenting phase, I have since started to do that now, it would not be a specific URL each time. It happens around post 200 to 250. I was using a 5 sec delay. I am now using a 10 delay, and it seems to be doing better.

Someone started a thread about the crashes, so I am not the only one with the problem.

Here is the link:

Search the net for Uboost to post the urls to hundreds of 'twitter' clones.

HTH

Iam very interested in this tool, i have my own little laconica tool, but its old and iam not a good programmer so the functionality is not the best, but it works (creating accounts and posting).

Is uboost good?

BlogEngine is a nightmare, the buggy script in it's is wiping out Internet Explorer especially on pages with thousands of comments spammed and when Explorer gets taken out ScrapeBox goes down too.

I think it's almost time to remove BlogEngine from ScrapeBox all together to eliminate these problems people are having.

Yes quite powerful.

BE is one of the most powerfull plattforms in sb, i still scrape good high PR do-follow blogs with not much comments (somtimes autoapproved ;-) ). Also the submission quota of SB is very good in BE blogs on my side, i get an average of ~60 do-follow backlinks on a 150 blog run. Plz let it in ;-)
