I'd really appreciate some help. Im unable to use scrapebox as I continuously get popups saying "the indentity of this website or the integrity of this connection cannot be identified". I presume this is coming from IE.

I have setup IE as indicated in this thread....can anyone advise what might be wrong?

I just bought this and got almost instant licence activation. Really happy with this 'tool' and can see how powerful it is. One of the best $57 I've ever spent.

I saw one of those screens - so what, it crashed. (probably on blog.markcz.com from the look of it) Does it go away when you restart? Did you for me.

You are running an old old version! You can update from within the software.

I am running the latest verison, and if anyone can help with my issue above I'd appreciate it.

That's a bitch of a problem, because it's the web sites that are being targetted that are improperly configured in terms of security.

Few questions/thoughts - what version of IE are you running? As you pointed out, sbox some of uses IE's hooks, so if IE gets a security error, sbox will throw the same error. Knowing with version of IE you have installed could help.

Also - You mentioned having adjusted settings as per this thread. This thread is pretty long, and the security dialogue error has come up more than once, so if you could specify how/what settings you adjusted that would be helpful. Don't take that the wrong way - not saying you did anything wrong or a liar, just know that I've seen at least two different sets of discussions about how to jack the IE security settings for sbox and want to make sure we know where you're at.

We'll try to help, since this thread is so long people get over-read sometimes, but there's a lot of users here who can and will help you out. Just be patient with us, we're trying the best we can.

peace - gregs.

What can I do with Scrapebox to get my blog comment backlinks indexed faster?

Read around, can't seem to figure it out. :/

Whats wrong with scrapebox? It won't harvest URLs!!! I get a 301 error in the status field!

OH and I'm also getting that security pop-up on MOvable Type blogs.

Are you using proxies? What search engine is affected in your case?

Strange how you dont have the update bit with the scrolling text?

Doesnt look like a legal copy to me

Step one: Post comments
Step two: check which comments were accepted
Step three: Save auto accepted comment urls
Step four: run them through rapid indexer

I heard that a couple of people use Parallels for MAC to run ScrapeBox successful.

I'm using it on Parallels using Windows 7 without a problem. As a Mac user, Parallels is pretty much essential if you're going into pretty much anything on this forum as there's very little support for Mac apps.

Everything else is set to enabled.

I have thought about going through these systamatically, but then again I doubt want my PC to become a phishing slave to some bloke in Uganda!!

Thanks again for all your help.

I'm getting the same thing.. only with google though.. I can harvest yahoo just fine..

Anyone getting 0 results from google needs to update to the latest version. I and many others had the same things. I think google changed their systems significantly last week, and the latest version of SB works fine.

Helped me to disable Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration on my windows 2003 server. Now it works like a charm :)

  1. Open Control Panel, click Add or Remove Programs, and then click Add/Remove Windows Components.
  2. Select Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration
