I have notice something since posting my blog links on Facebook group and pages comment, I notice that my blog ranking increase exponentially.
I think google is favouring social signals more recently. It has been 3 months now I started posting and I can tell the difference.
What I would say to all of these, is that is too you create a Facebook page and group that you can post your content on always. Avoid too much spam by posting on groups or pages you don't own or else you get a limited ban fast. The average maximum post I post on groups and pages I don't own is 5 post daily, with this am safe.

Social media might help you to rank faster apart from PBN or backlinks and also focus on the quality of the content, make sure the site is user friendly as well.

Fast ranking will not last long. You should build links gradually and when you start ranking, do not stop link building even after that.

Pay attention to what those who follow you are looking for or need.
There are factors like bounce rate and ctr that determine the ranking as well. Google decided using different parameters that the users are liking the content or not.

Yes, one way is to post lots of real content with very very low difficulty keywords. But eventually big sites will steal your keywords.
