You are selling a false promise. You must fool yourself and your clients. SEO is a dream nothing else. Only big brands gain anything these days... small and medium size publishers are done on Google.Your argument is off the mark. You get hit by last update. It happens. I also feels injustice, especially when efforts go in vain. Experience has taught me not to give up. In time, things return to normal. Last update cut a lot of organic traffic in one of my website but it seems to go back.

This update is different than previous ones... it targeted also medium size publishers. Not just small ones. Even biggest seos gurus sites been hit. There is no single person out there who would know what to do next... the only way to rank well is to get a special deal with google like reddit got. Otherwise small and medium size websites can just eat the scraps left under the table.

It's all about money. They want us to spend money to ads and their other services. The biggest injustice is that this affects small and medium-sized publishers, but so are taxes :/
