I tried to get a free membership from Fastingervault to test it out. It said my membership was approved, but it hasn't been activated for a week. I've contacted them several times, and the last time, I filled out a form with my username. They claim my membership is activated, but it hasn't been for a week. Now, my account has been closed. It seems like this website is completely unreliable. They might be deleting negative posts about them on their own site. They also seem to lock the accounts of users who post negative comments. I will warn others who are thinking of joining about this issue

It looks like you haven't used your download credits, as your download history shows 0 at our end.

We also have replied to your tickets by email multiple times (reference ticket ID: 897RDH and ZEWK1N).
We also didn't delete any of your forum posts (as you can view on this page). We are only deleting spam-related posts.

Also, your account is still active, and accessible, and your free trial is valid till the 28th of February 2024.

Hi @tekk2day, we are sorry to read that you're having issues with our downloads.
We also received your concerns through email support and community, and we both replied.
In regards to GeneratePress, you tried to install it as a theme. The theme can be downloaded here:
https://wordpress.org/themes/generatepress/And you'll have to install the add-on as a plugin. This will activate the pro features of the theme.

For the MTS Schema plugin, please install the MTS connect plugin and you should be able to activate it instantly.

For Astra Pro, you need to install this theme addon to activate the pro features.
