[JOURNEY] - YouTube Automation - DOCUMENTATION

any share of earnings because thats what every body is motivated to see and do
I am glad that you asked this, this business is a serious one, not an easy-money scheme, it requires some time and money investments since it a long term. The "share" of the money will come, it's my journey so I would like to structure it as I want, thank you for being part of this! :)

Maybe if he was earning a lot he would be talking about them and not considering becoming another YouTube automation guru.
It is not all about how much money you make, it's about sharing SOME knowledge and seeing the evolution. I will keep showing here the progress of the channel until it starts to make money, and then I will display everything chronologically, thanks for the comment! :D

UPDATE #14 - I just got the best CTR on the channel!

In summary, I made the best thumbnail and got this amazing CTR of almost 10%, this video is EVERGREEN, daily growing, and got a 46% attention rate which for me is HUGE, I was stuck around 30-35% and now got this massive HIT!

Sorry for not being so active. I am back and I will post more often, I am planning to create a YouTube Channel or an X (Twitter) account to post this documentation also there, what do you think?

Hi there, Ackkerman here -> This is the most SERIOUS side hustle I have ever done. I invested the most money here.

It's pretty simple - YTA (YouTube Automation) - I basically hired some freelancers, I made a team ( VO, Script Writer, TB designer, VE) and they are creating the videos I suggest based on the title, I do ALL the research, everything in order to run, provide the ideas for the clips, etc.

I started this journey 2 weeks ago, and MAN, this is really COOL! I want to document everything here with you, you may find something useful here!

I will provide some insights from the first clip which was "MEH" but since it was my very first clip I was so excited that I got 1k+ Views which for me with not that much experience was AMAZING! I will update this channel every time I have big updates, we are currently at 100 and something SUBS and 2k WATCHTIME which is HUGEEEE -> I hope that I will monetize the channel in the next 2 months so I can start earning that cheese, you know!

This started like a "let's try this" I had a friend who is doing this for a longer period and recommended to "dip my toes" a little. I have so much faith now in this method because it's 100% LEGIT, you just need to learn about content creation and make a team, and you are good to go for the long run, always for the long run --> Long run pays GREAT!

**You need to have a decent BUDGET in order to start** --> Depending on the niche the video PRODUCTION may cost between 50-100$.

TL;DR --> I started a new side hustle about YouTube Automation and it's going well!
Thanks

Nice journey man...I am doing similar in Travel Niche using shorts & currently at 860 subs.

Btw Have you used any external methods for getting views like running ads or using those smm panels?

Also Which freelance platform you would suggest for getting video editors & scripts? I get them from Fiverr but Quality sucks especially Scripts

Thanks, That's nice, all my views are organic. UpWork is the best one in my opinion.
Have you hired these employees full time ? Is it giving any profit now ?
They are hired - project-based -> no profit at the moment, but still growing, this journey will take time.
Nice journey thread.
Thanks!

Update #15 - There is not only joy and money!

This business like the others, comes with ups and downs, you need to be ready to face them to succeed, sometimes you will have "good videos" that haven't taken off YET!
Sometimes you have bad videos that you think are good enough, and you are surprised when you see the stats. This is the journey, remember it's not a SPRINT, it's a MARAHTON. I want to share with you one of my worst videos which I thought at first would perform decent - good, but here comes the reality, sometimes it's about luck, but most of the time it's about what you provide and if there is any interest in that topic through the audience, then YT will promote your video.

Remember, if somebody shows you only the "good" parts of a certain business it means they are hiding something, there will always be SOME bad parts/aspects.

I heavily promoted this video through the Shorts feature, most of my views on the channel come from the "browse" feature, but ofc, except this video. I know only 11 days went by, but I don't think it will blow, even tho the thumbnail style is similar to one of my best videos on the channel, you know, happens sometimes.

See you in one - two weeks, I have to take some EXAMS haha! But ofc I will be consistent on YouTube and also here!

Very nice journey man.
Just 2 days ago I started a brand new channel. Got 2 shorts videos uploaded and got 3k views.
I am planning to make a long form video this week.
can you give me example(s) of good quality video and bad quality video? Not yours, just give random examples. I want to know how I should edit my video. Thank you man. Wish you very good luck!

What niche is your channel in? How many subs at the moment?
Close to 1k, the niche is sports - fighting

Thanks, the formula is simple, in my opinion, you need a good thumbnail, a meaningful title that combines with the thumbnail, not repetitive! Help the thumbnail with a good title, don't put the same text from the thumbnail in the title, and a very catchy intro, the first 30 seconds of the video are the most important, provide what you promised in the thumbnail and the first 30 seconds, and then keep the audience engaged.

Yooo, the exams are DONE! let's get back to the real deal!

YO GUYS I'M NOW TOTALLY BACK WITH NEW INFORMATIONS, I decided to be 101% transparent

I tried a bunch of things, my youtube channel had different periods and now I am really struggling to get them UP, I face strikes, claims, etc, but now I am better prepared to hit the goals, I will explain all the story with the channel.

To understand better:

I started this journey a long time ago, and nothing was perfect, at first the views were like 20K, 15K, etc - ALL ORGANIC, but something happen, there are 2 options
