I must express my disappointment with my first interaction with your site. Initially, I considered the $5/month deal a great offer. However, my experience has left me feeling misled. I found myself on this platform because my usual choice, FV, was down for the past two days, and I urgently needed themes.

Seeing the promise of 10 download credits per day, I thought, "Cool," assuming it was similar to FV. As I explored the site, I was pleasantly surprised by the layout, search function, and download process. Like with FV, I picked out 3 or 4 themes to try and determine the best fit.

But when I returned to get the plugins I needed, I was shocked to find I had run out of credits after just 4 downloads. It became clear that the variable nature of credit costs per file was not adequately explained. Had I not come from FV, I might not have assumed that 10 credits meant 10 downloads. The lack of transparency in advertising and download thumbnails is disappointing.

I strongly believe that there should be a clear indication of the credit cost for each download, such as stating 2 credits or similar. While I wouldn't mind paying $10 for 10 downloads, feeling cheated with only 4 downloads is disheartening. It seems like purposeful misinformation and a lack of upfront communication. When a platform adopts a similar premise to its biggest competitor but changes a fundamental aspect without transparency, it comes across as dishonest.

Thank you for your review.

When you click on the download button, we show the download cost of each item. Compared to FV, instead of filtering out themes based on your current plan, we have it by different credits. Your credits get renewed daily, so you can download new items start of the next day. This allows all users to access all items without needing to go to the next plan; however, I'll write a ticket for it to provide additional clarification through a blog post.

In the meanwhile, would you mind sending over your email address, so I can enable a higher plan for you to be able to download more (free of charge).

I appreciate the offer, but I dont want to be one those people that complain their way into a better situation at the detrement of the company. Admittedly, I was upset, this was mostly because I procrastinated and found myself up against a wall and choose to blame others rather than to blame myself. I have searched your site and still have not found any mention of the credit cost. I really do think it should be in the description itself. I would have chosen more carefully had I known i was up against a limitation. That being said, overall, i found you site to be surprisingly pleasant to navigate, well laid out, and I appreciated how easy it was to download items and not being faced with download restrictions based on membership leve

Now that my expectations are in line with your policies, i can appreciate the pros of your site and service, and there are many. One being the great customer service that was willing to meet me at my false understanding that was based on another service when it was not even an apples to apples comparison. What more can you ask for! My apologies for being a brat, and I really appreciate your reply. You really do have a superb service. Good Luck with your growth, ill be sticking around!
