How can I view the landing page of someone using cloaking? I've attempted VPN, proxy, and 4G mobile proxy, but nothing has worked.

The website only allows one country to access it, If that were my country, I wouldn't have asked. What are the other tricks? Keep in mind it is a server side implementation

you have to try out the tool google ads library its allow you to analyses the advertiser ads but only for google verified advertisers

Try from a real phone, not desktop or anti-detect. If you still can't, it means that they have set up the page this way that can only be accessed when clicked from ads, not by typing the url on the address bar.
