Hi!
You can find details about Bitkointalk thing here as well, we believe the detailed explanation was provided from our side on any platform we were asked for.
As for the licence, in case you have any questions about it, we'll be happy to help. It seems like you added a broken link to a FINTRAC website,
here is the right one
No DMs. I asked you for a refund, which is required to do before adding you to the shitlist. I guess this covers the other requirement of informing you of this intention.
The link posted by Ikarus2019 above says it all...
We're happy to continue discussing this case in public, though to continue with the refund procedures, we'd like to know whether you want a promo code for a card for the needed balance to be compensated so you can spend your money, or you want $10 added to your balance so you can initiate the withdrawal.
If you're willing to discuss this issue through the BHW shitlist flow - we're obviously, not so happy with that, though if that is the only way you're willing to provide the necessary information - we can't stop you.
I regret my heart to use this service, the whole minimum withdraw and you cant withdraw the amount transferred from PST 1 to PST 2 which is not mentioned in their FAQ at all. After 7 days of waiting the withdrawal process, only to get the notification it was rejected because my balance is transferred from other PST account.

According to this FAQ link, they do not mention at all about the account transfer restriction. I almost went into PST private, but now I may have to rethink twice to use this service.
Hi!
It is mentioned in out FAQ and ToS that users are prohibited to create multiple accounts on PSTNET, the only exception are media buying teams who obviously need several accounts for all team members.
Here is the link to it:

Also, our clients had several cases when they lost access to their email and all accounts connected to it, including PSTNET one, and at the time they had their funds transfered to a 3rd party account and then the withdrawal was requested from the latter.
To prevent such from happening, our compliance team examines closely all withdrawal requests, and cancels those where the account didn't have much deposits of their own, and, in some cases, didn't pass KYC seems to be trying to bypass spend limits set on no KYC accounts.
We must note that for Unlimited KYC level has the minimum withdrawal amount of $10, so if you need to withdraw your money in small amounts -- you have a way to do so,
Thank you for suggestions about improving our service, we should definitely add this case to our FAQ section as well!
Unfortunately I had a lot of problems with this service today
This time it didn't work to load a credit card
pst support informed me that it is recommended to top up the card days before using the credit card
Immediate charging is no longer possible here
I'm sorry to say but the time of pst is over
Hi!
We have no such restrictions, and if you have really heard that from our support agent, we'll happy if you provide us with your PSTNET account email and channel and timeframe you contacted our support at.
We'll check that meticulously and if such event in fact took place, this support agent won't work with us anymore.
Our cards can be used as soon as they are topped up, so info you received doesn't reflect the current state of affairs.
Did they refund you at all?
pst are not scammers - no worries ..
but the business from pst is dead ...
the gold time from pst is over
a business like this is not esay to change or fix
i recommend to keep away from there
We're thankful that you don't incline to the language usage some of our website visitors are prone to use.
If you feel that there are many dowsides in your PSTNET experience - we'll be happy to hear it here or in DM (depending on which channel you prefer) all the suggestions to improve the quality of service we provide.
Obviously, our weekend support services are to be improved, and we'd be happy if you point our attention to other things as well.
Hope to hear from you soon!
