1- Depends on your niche, mine is 6-8 minutes or ++

2- 5 videos

3- you can avoid that by implementing some tricks, it's mainly on the freelancers how good are they, but you can teach them.

4- Everything was new

Good question! You have to "dig" deeper into the market! It's really hard to find a good team that can provide good videos, I have been there, working with "poor producers" but - overcome, adapt, EVOLVE!

And "high-quality" content comes after a while, you have to get some experience!

Update #5 -> I made lots of changes from video #10 and for the next ones, I am with the documentation at video #5 as you can see, so let's dive into it!

As you can see we got 9.4k VIEWS - HUGE! with 6,2% CTR - which is still so GOOD!

This video has a decent AVD and still growing every day with hundreds of views, the topic is still in demand and growing - search-based (this one).

My content is pushed by the algorithm to more people, day by day it is pushed and this may reduce the CTR but increase the views, so let's see how it evolves!

The journey is going well, I do hope I will monetize until the end of 2023!

~ 300 SUBS
~ 3K WATCH TIME
~ 200K VIEWS (shorts + long videos)
