I bought three free-tier accounts from him for testing purposes. All are blocked in a day.

I didn't use any services in AWS and I didn't create any EC2 as well. Just logged in to the account and waited for a while to know if the accounts were healthy or not.

I didn't get any refund but it's okay. However, before buying something from him. At least, remember my experience.
