1. With a brand new app you need an initial boost and I explain how to make it without big investment. $200 or less should does the work for most of the cases but it depends on your niche.
2. Yes. It works for all markers if you find people with money to spend. Your revenue will come from iap - if people buy stuff in your app or ads if there are advertisers in your market.
3. I started with sellmyapp and now have a team of devs. I can't code.
