Festinger's service has been satisfactory up until this point. I'm a lifetime license holder but today's issues are ridiculous. I log in to my dashboard and am immediately prompted with a "setting up 2fa over sms" prompt, which I DO NOT want to do. It's absolutely absurd that this is even coming up after years of having this service. But I tried to put my number in, and didn't get a text message.

Then I tried to close out and was locked out of my account. I tried clicking the "contact" link in the footer of his site which loads the home page. These things need to be ironed out if you plan on bringing on new costumers and keeping them. You shouldn't be asking for phone numbers from customers when you're basically taking code from developers and selling it as your own. I tried messaging him on here and have yet to get a response. I hope this isn't another sales thread that turns into a bando thread because he gets too big and rips too many people off. We've seen a lot of that on BHW over the years. Please advise on these issues immediately.

Update: Issue has been fixed. Sorry for the outburst. I had angry clients stacking up by the minute. Thanks Festinger.
