Hey sorry for responding to this just now but here are some recommendations i can give you as my brother has master's degree or PhD in nutrition:
Eat Brazilian Nuts (Just 2-3 a day you must not eat more)
Ashwagandha reduces cortisol levels in your body, reducing stress and its symptoms like elevated blood pressure and heart rate
Garlic Really healthy, has a lot of antioxidants and also is really good for high blood pressure
Ginger and Onions (I eat both raw)
Drink a lot of water, try not drinking tap water as it has a lot of bad stuff in it, better buy water in shop in glass bottles so that you don't drink water with plastic in it.
Stretch and Walk
If you can go to gym and try building some muscle since if oyu have more muscle you take off pressure of your heart pumping blood because blood has more places to go to
Eat as less salt as possible, Serbia my cuontry, most deaths come frmo heart problems but then you look at statistics and at average we eat 118g of salt a day which is almost 10 times more than what is allowed, i don't think it's much diffirent in usa/uk wherever you're from.
Avoid fast foods, sodas and such stuff i don't need to explain why, they're straight up poison
Avoid GMO & Artificial sweeteners (Doctors couldn't find me the reason but whenever i started eating protein powder with AS in them i'd have high blood pressure and more than 100 Hear beats per minute and couldn't sleep because of it, it might affect other people the same and all in all it's found to cause cancers in rats.
Goji berries eat them as well as they're good for cholesterol and lipid profiles
Eat as much pomegranate as possible it's one of the best foods for overall and especially good for heart pomegranate can improve blood flow, reduce arterial blood clots, and modestly lower cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure.
