Tuesday morning 7 am, was rushed into hospital for a heart attack
they have inserted 4 stents into my heart through my left arm which
has gone a bit black. long road back
smoking, DONE WITH.
shitty food, Done with.
6 tablets a days for the next year............bring it on.

Damn man, wish you a quick recovery. I remember us discussing cheap tobacco imports from other countries. Hope you're gonna make it out of the addiction. I recommend you trying an e-cigarette. I am sure it can help you. Keep in mind, after three months of absence your addiction will come back for one last time trying to get you back down the rabbit hole. Lots of people fail exactly there.

Holy ****, man. I'm starting to be afraid of opening your threads. I wish you a speedy recovery. As a former smoker, I will say that quitting is very doable. Just find your "why". Health seems just as good a reason as any. For me, I noticed how when I was in the military, I could buy packs for $2. Years later, I was paying $6.50 for a pack. The price was my "why", and now I've been almost 8 years without a cig. Now, I don't even think about them. You can do it. No need for e-cigs, either. Cold turkey.

I do not recommend having heart attacks, so don't have them.
