I purchased this list earlier in the week and have been going through it to see what niches I would like to tap into.
One site in particular is jumping out at me, and it's given me a massive list of new topics to write about on my site. The content on their site is sub par, and I know that I could do a lot better.
For the niches I'm interested on the spreadsheet, the metrics are by and large accurate. There's going to be a small variation in terms of the backlinks pointing to the sites, but that's natural for any site.
The wealth of information here is second to none. If you had to do this work yourself, it would take absolutely ages, plus you would need an Ahrefs subscription as well.
I'll be using this to set up quite a few new sites in the niches I'm interested in and taking the keywords of the included sites and making them as best as they can be.
Of course, the other option for this would be to use the spreadsheet and reach out to the site owners and ask to work for them on a long term basis (presuming that you're a profficient writer and highly knowledgeable in that niche). I would highly recommend this spreadsheet regardless if you're new to IM, or an old dog.
