We used standard IP address tools and they all timed out, so it is clearly an issue with the proxy. Your support was not helpful because you just claim "your requests were blocked" rather than actually providing support.

But if anyone else got this service to work, definitely share.

Hello,

we are selling our proxies with unlimited bandwidth, unlimited requests. The "rate limit" you mentioned, means - in your example 100 threads - that you can have 100 concurrent connections.
