Now,
--If i stop using stock video to create upcoming videos, then my channel will recover?
--On this IP i have 2 channels(Different Niche) but it is VPS, is that influence the channel growth?

1. its possible, as youtube might be potentially cracking down on repost content, as there are tons of spam channels doing it.
but the penalty will stay on your channel for a while.
2. in my tests vpses do not necessarily affect the growth of channel. i used to have the same doubt, but vpses are just fine.
i've grown several on vpses without problems.
3. start a new channel or keep posting until the channel recovers.
shadowbans can last 3 to 6 months or more in extreme cases.
its like a traffic limit imposed on your channel.
