Hi, I created a channel 3 months ago and started posting some content. It slowly started to grow, but suddenly the views dropped by almost 95%. I didn't try any black hat methods.

This channel was created using the same email ID that has one more channel (different niche).

My questions are:

  1. Is it temporary or permanent?
  2. Will uploading new content help to recover?
  3. Why did the sudden drop happen? Is there any specific reason?
  4. Should I continue with this channel?

I need help from experts, please.

Thank you

what is your niche? consistent upload everyday is the key to recovery so far

Never stop making new content. If you stop you'll see drastic changes to the views, subscribers and likes.

Something related to pets, thank you for your tip, but i use to publish 5 to 6 videos per week. usually 1 per day.

Choose a specific time to post. You don't have to post every day. You must post consistently. You can post for two days or one day in a row. Everything will be the same, or better than before.

Ok, but why sudden drop?

Most probably you lost your ranking for the top-performing videos, it happens! You just need to keep uploading new videos !

This is happend to me same, just don't stop posting content that's normal thing for YouTube.
You can get same amount of views everytime

Thank you for your valuable information.

Were you uploading same number of videos during the period when traffic dropped?

Do check the last top 10 performing videos in last 28 days. You will come to know which videos got affected.

As everyone above has said, consistently publishing fresh content is a key in You Tube business. So never stop publishing.

Wow every video thats really strange in deed normally it is maybe one video that is dropping. Have you "cheated" or something?
