I've gained a lot of valuable knowledge from this community and I hope today I can help at least some of y'all from getting fucked by this company. (it's also kind of a rant to be honest)

The Problem

I don't know if their business model changed from, charging a fee to provide decent value to just scam your customers but that's what it seems like at least to me. I learned this when I got paid from my IM ventures through Payoneer, it was less than $100, but the thing is, they wanted KYC (know your customer). Here's the funny part tho, I verified EVERYTHING, my bank statements, driver's license, home address, the next step was my fucking blood signature. But they told me that they couldn't process my documents and I can't receive my payments.

PSA: IF THEY CAN'T SCREW ME OVER FOR LESS THAN $100, THEY WILL GET YOU TOO, SO DON'T USE THEM PLEASE!

Long-time customer for Payoneer never faced any issue, and their support is good. Where do you live? and did you get in contact with them on live chat support?
That's good to hear, just in my experience and what i've seen on the internet, it seems like they like to hold funds forever it seems. I've managed to talk to live chat multiple times but they don't really help. It's either long hold times or lip service.

I have been using Payoneer since 2012 and they were good I faced the same problem in 2021, and the only way I was able to solve this issue is by directly contacting them through their live chat support !

Yea I wasn't so lucky. I had this problem a while ago in 2022, I just gave up and let them keep the money because it's not worth to waste time on a non-existent customer service (in my opinion) It was also frustrating to keep submitting personal documents for them to keep rejecting it for no reason. It feels like they don't value my time like I can just submit documents all day long.

What about if we previously owned a payoneer account but kind of abandoned the account probably already for more than 2-3 years now, can I still gain the account back for any reason?

in my case, I could not leave the money because it was XXXXX$ but after I solved the problem I moved a big chunk of that to Wise

I wouldn't even bother with them to be honest with you. Paypal, Wise, Hell even bitcoin seem like better options because they don't hold your money forever. It's good to hear people have decent experiences with payonner but I wouldn't risk it again. For example, my next payment was with my PayPal business account and they didn't ask me for a million documents, just simply gave me my funds.

have heard case like this, they become more like paypayl as time goes on.
that is one of the reason i hope crypto become more mainstream
btw in my personal experience never have problem with payoneer

I quitted on them when registering was a pain in the ass because of one spelling mistake …

I have been using Payoneer since 5+ years and never had an issue. Their support is quite fast and efficient as well.
As we know, online scams are increasing day by day and therefore regulatory authorities make it mandatory for payment processors to follow certain guidelines, on an ongoing basis.
But they told me that they couldn't process my documents and I can't receive my payments
Did you contact Payoneer support to know the reason for that ? Perhaps you could solve the issue by contacting Payoneer support.

I did but they never got back to me

my payoneer account was empty for a couple of years, then i got $30 or something from fiverr and they took all of it bc of service fee or something. haven't used it since

Never got this kind of problem with Payoneer but most of the CPA networks discontinued using Payoneer as a payment method.
Thanks for sharing your experience here. Good luck in the future buddy.

It happens, just give them a call and they'll most likely get the issue fixed. Been using Payoneer since 2013.
