4000$ to spend. what to do..

i have been saving 4000-5000$ as my extra cash, which i have earned through a local real estate way,
now i am thinking to get this into some online work, and hope to make some around upto 500$ per month...

first, i thought about setting up or getting a reseller programme of instagram liker-followers site, through which i can make some money
but later i thought that this is not long run niche as people will not buy it after sometime..

second, i have been gone through a post where someone was talking about guest posting site on pet/food, travel, health etcc niche.. this interests me more.

i have 5% knowledge of SEO and other stuff so i have to study this around to know the concept of how i will handle this site after i get it.
So that i can work on it and produce some income maybe.

i would like suggestions on how to do this, and is it worth, how long it will be alive.. how much time i have to put into this and money as well.

If you are new to SEO, what I would recommend is to learn the basics first. Read a beginner's guide to SEO, explore all the areas of SEO, and learn the fundamentals of SEO like keyword research, competition analysis, content optimization, technical optimization, link building, etc. And then start by creating a site, and working on it for a few months before you could see your results. Don't put all your money or a big part of your money on the first site that you will start in your life.

To start out, all you need is a domain, and cheap hosting. Use Cloudflare as CDN and you are good to go.

Learn the basics, apply them on the site and slowly invest in your site(s). SEO is a slow game and you have to constantly learn to be able to keep up with the race.

So the practical advice would be to

1) Learn the SEO Basics
2) Choose a low-medium competition niche
3) Analyse your competitors
4) Create HQ content
5) Do off-page SEO, build links
6) Learn more
7) Apply on your site
8) Repeat step 6

As you have mentioned that you have 5% of SEO knowledge, the first thing I would recommend you do is to go to https://learningseo.io/ and start learning SEO asap. That site is awesome to learn SEO from scratch.
