I bought current 9000 followers
Current Followers 10000 Follows 250
The participation rate is low.

When I saw Black Hat World or ebook, I heard that it is better to unfollow accounts that are not participating in me.

I want to unfollow accounts that are not participating in me. What do you think?

Can I come and do it now?

Or do I have to re-open my account?

There is no way for you to bulk remove them since mass deletions are dangerous. Instagram can block you from such actions.

We do not recommend deleting more than 30-50 people per day.

However, Instagram removes thousands of bots from the platform daily, so they will eventually be removed from your account!
