Even though it's not much I recommend you stop every 30 minutes with a few minutes break and just look out of the window... When you're stressed just close your eyes and don't think about anything for 20-30 seconds and do deep breaths, that helps me a lot.

Total newbie here but with an inclination to graphic design.Maybe my question will look stupid,but where you can sell digital products as a monthly subscription?
You would probably have to make your own website & sell Monthly social media post for December (Christmas post) October (Halloween post), etc. Shopifiy is easy to integrate recurring monthly payments. I'm still brainstorming digital product with monthly subscription ideas but it seem to be a future trend that maybe many aren't jumping on too much.
So how did everything go mate, how's your life? Did you get your life around?
