Hey,
I have almost the same business like you(ecommerce and building NFT projects), maybe I can share my experience on ecom with you, and share whats working for me, you can pm me if you want someone to discuss with.
And I can relate everything you mentioned, stripe/paypal fund getting frozen/ account shutdown, shopify shutdown, goole/fb account shutdown, traffic sources algo change, competitors stealing your products/campaigns, bank auditing you, bank close your account, supplier huge shipping delay, I think most entrepreneurs have similar experience.

I think it's still doable now, but it's not a quick profit business like ecom/dropshipping, you can't create NFT and sold out all of them on the same day(but you can do it with ecom).
It's a more long term process, but I'm not very experienced at this so just my opinion.

Ecom and maintenance.
NFT sidelined for the moment.
Went to look at some of the more popular NFT sellers who sold quite a few daily. Their recent sales is like one every 2 weeks. Not sure if they are selling else where but in that particular marketplace, it has dropped much.
There are exceptions who sold out recently but I’m not sure how they do it. A few of them are in SOL but I won’t have time to try it out.
Focusing on ecom again tomorrow.

Get something going to make you some money, so you have for your bills. Focus on growth only after you cover your basic expenses. Otherwise, you'll become desperate and make poor decisions. You'll literally go nuts if you don't have some money for basic living.

Thank you for your input and you are so right. Indeed going nuts at times, need to make a certain number by end of the day and if by midday it’s off, the shivers starts to roar…

I thought you're trying to survive as in "your business" not personally, like paying bills and buying food.
But if this is the case then stop spending on ads asap. Cut your losses. Just do free traffic methods. Use your time and post affiliate links all day. Do simple things that work.

Thankful that some of you have really put in effort to detail an answer and encouragement and also thankful for letting me know that you have been or are also in such a crisis mode before or present.
Being able to discuss and look around the forum and other people's journeys have set my focus and mind on the direction for the next 56 days ahead.
As they say, one can look around and see what can be done, when you have decided, focus on it. I have decided to focus on my current business and let it get back on track again. Couldn't have fixed it without the last 4 days of passing idea to and fro.
Once again, thank you fellow journeymen on this. If I survive this after the 60 days, I might live to tell the tale. Hopefully.
