Dear Journeymen,
I am GC and have been here as a member for more than 10 years now. You guys have been a source of inspiration to me since day 1 I came here.
Warrior Forum times used to be decent way back but BHW is more honest, more brutal and more direct.
I am an entrepreneur and have survived around 10 years in the space. Full of ups and downs.
Before embarking on the entrepreneur journey, I was a professional and worked for others until the company closed down and I came to a point which I can continue to work for others or to work on my own business.
I chose the latter.
Instead of a 9 to 5 job, it's more like 6 to 1 almost daily. It is fulfilling but painful. I do not recommend this for everyone, it will drain you and test you to your limits. Your limit could be shorter or longer than you yourself expect.
Making a few million in revenue over the years, expenses and emergencies eat them up fast now and then. Someone close who fell sick, accidents where things need to be paid. Reality is painful sometimes.
Of course, when that time comes, things need to be paid for but at the back of your mind, you think, lucky I have this business to make some money, else how can I ever afford to pay that if I were in my previous job.
Survival seems to be the game.
Sometimes I do wish it was smooth sailing but it just isn't.
When you found something that works well and success daily, you may have a little more time to spare and bring the kids out , some family time.
But when s*** hits the fan, which can happen anytime, any day, just open an email and "ouch" , phone call comes and "ouch", things can change in mere seconds.
It is very tough being in the business world. Why? Because it keeps changing. What worked well these few months could change down the pipeline and unless you were keeping up to it, one day, you might find yourself facing drop in sales and what used to worked well, suddenly halts because of changes in how the algorithm works, customers flocking to other platforms, suppliers stop production or drop in quality of products.... so many so many external factors.
I have survived a decade, I almost *died* a couple of times over the years because of a few disastrous months, some due to events such as COVID, crypto crash, people just stopped spending as much due to uncertainty and competition grows out from nowhere. You just have to do better and put in more hours, more brains, more hard work, more research to survive...
But this time, I remember Elon Musk's interview a few years ago...
---
I am counting down to my own crisis as well now. I do not want to and cannot give up. Elon may be quite eccentric lately but the Elon few years ago survived so much stress... he survived.. Tesla and SpaceX crisis.
Much as I have survived the number of years, this time, it looks to be almost game over.
I will have to survive these 60 days or risk going bust...
I know some of you have experienced these before too; some survived, some did not... But at this time, it is so so sooooooo painful.
I can't sleep much as night. When I wake up, I either become hyped to do more in the day or crashed when I became reminded of how dire the situation seems to be.
The phone calls to press you kills a part of the soul every time some bad news come.
When you are in a s***ho*e, you might be sadly amazed how much more sh** could drop onto you if you do not climb out of it fast enough.
I will have to survive these 60 days or risk going bust...
As a bit of sharing, the only way I know which effectively works to get my mind out of *stress* and *depressed* mode, is to work.
Don't take too long to think, if the solution has a chance of success, try it.
But don't stop working, it is da*n super hard to keep working when you are so stressed and bad news just keep coming in...
But if you stop, that's the end of everything.
You still have to smile to your kids and family, please, don't make everyone sad with you because I know that if I am overexpressing my stress, guilt and sadness, they will be too.
My only chance is to survive this crisis within 60 days and make as much profit from the current and new venues.
There is very limited time now and I really need to work out something fast which has a better chance of success.
If you have any ideas or just want to share your experience, please do so, I will really appreciate it.
Thank you in advance to a fellow member in the community, as a human to another.
If you are in the same position as I am now, keep fighting, keep going. Don't give up!

Elon Musk: Tesla had ‘single-digit weeks’ as it teetered on brink of collapse
Tesla almost died earlier this year, CEO Elon Musk said in an interview with Axios that aired on HBO.
Musk said the company was “bleeding money like crazy” as it worked through the Model 3 production ramp in the spring and summer. He said the company “came within single-digit” weeks of death before it was able to meet its Model 3 production goals.
“Tesla really faced a severe threat of death due to the Model 3 production ramp,” Musk said in the interview, which aired Sunday night. “Essentially, the company was bleeding money like crazy, and if we didn’t solve these problems in a very short period of time, we would die. And it was extremely difficult to solve them.”

Why did I begin this journey here?
1) Somewhere to speak my mind and express my fears because I can't tell no one else who knows me. When you are afraid, how do you tell your family you are? You just can't, you need to be the strong one to get things solved and stop scaring them.
2) Hopefully someone who has experienced this before has some advice how to survive this crisis.
3) Hope a miracle happens.

DAY 1 Continues:
CURRENT BUSINESS
I am working on my current business now to fulfil the orders and to work on new ads to get more sales.
FB, IG, Google ads, Tiktok... any ideas where else or any marketing strategies to work on Tiktok that works well and fast? Influencers, affiliates, tiktok shop?
I'm quite new to Tiktok shop and how to make sales on Tiktok. So far, the sales are not covering the ads on Tiktok as from the tiktok ads manager, not sure how accurate it is but it should be quite accurate enough.
This business can't stop and has to continue.
NEW PROJECT 1
I am also creating NFT collections using AI technology ( ETH) . Although the NFT market as reported is 99% down now in volume, there are still projects which have some success recently.
I have previous NFT collections but it did not work out. The Polygon network doesn't seem to have as much traction and seems to work for low volume and lower prices.
Any advice on how to market NFTs once you have a collection?
NEW PROJECT 2: (deciding now)
Skillsets: I can produce articles, copywriting, graphics, videos and SEO.
There is very limited time now and I really need to work out something fast which has a better chance of success.
If you have any ideas or just want to share your experience, please do so, I will really appreciate it.
