Quite disappointing. I bought it because the card is compatible with AdWords. All were banned due to questionable payments. And they said it will take 7 days for the balance on the card to arrive in your account. And now, on the 10th day, there is no balance in my account. If you ask, just keep passing it on to our technical team.
Except that it has been handed over to the technical team, it does not properly support as service that it will be fixed in the future.
Apparently I sent this seller a telegram and said he would wait a few more days. But still the error has not been fixed. I am writing this after a long wait.
As a result, AdWords was blocked when creating the account, the balance will not be returned for more than 10 days, and the balance will not be usable even if the blocked card is used for other purposes. You just lost your fees and your funds are tied up.

Or you are just not capable of handling a proper Ads account.
I already roughly 30 of those cards without any problem.
